How does the music removal process work?
Ezaalah uses a hybrid approach. Most videos are processed automatically with advanced separation technology. In special cases (complex audio or compliance checks), our team may manually review and finalize results. Either way, the goal is always the same: preserve clear dialogue while removing distracting background music.
How long does it take to process a video?
Most videos are processed within a few hours, depending on length and queue size. For longer or complex files, it may take up to 24 hours. If a video requires manual review, we'll note this in your order timeline.
What video formats do you support?
We support all major video formats, including MP4, MOV, AVI, and MKV. You can also paste a YouTube link, and we'll handle the rest.
Is there a limit to video length?
There's no hard limit. However, videos over 2 hours may take longer and consume additional credits. For unusually large projects, please reach out to our support team for guidance.
Will the dialogue quality be affected?
No. Our process is designed to keep speech clear and natural while removing music. If you notice anything off, you can contact support and we'll review your file.
💳 Credits & Billing
How are credits used?
Each completed video costs 1 credit. Credits are automatically deducted when your video finishes processing.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If your credits reach zero while a video is being processed, the job will still finish. The video will be placed in an "Action Needed" state. Simply add credits, and your download will unlock immediately.
Can credits roll over?
Yes. Any unused credits from a subscription plan roll over to the next month, up to the rollover limit set by your plan.
How do I buy credits?
Credits can be purchased directly from your Billing page in the dashboard. They're available as one-time packs or included in subscription plans.
Do you offer refunds for credits?
If you're not satisfied with a processed video, we'll either reprocess it or refund the credit within 7 days of delivery. Subscription cancellations follow standard billing cycle rules.
Can schools and districts manage credits for multiple teachers?
Yes. Organization accounts allow administrators to purchase credits in bulk, distribute them across teacher accounts, and monitor usage.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Schools and districts can also request invoicing for larger plans.
Do you offer refunds?
We stand behind our results. If you're not satisfied, we'll either reprocess your video or refund the credit within 7 days of delivery.
How do I upload my video?
Sign up, head to your dashboard, and click Upload Video. You can drag and drop a file, select from your device, or paste a YouTube link.
Is my video content secure and private?
Yes. All videos are encrypted, stored securely, and automatically deleted after 30 days unless you request otherwise. Only you can access your processed files.
