Welcome to Ezaalah, a service owned and operated by 4 SYSTEMS Digital Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, which provides background‑music removal and audio enhancement for educational videos (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if between 13–17.
• If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

• Provide accurate and complete account information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential; you're responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not share accounts or impersonate another user.

1. Our Service processes user‑uploaded video or audio files to remove background music.
2. You may not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. All uploads and usage must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (see AUP).
3. You remain fully responsible for the content you upload and for obtaining any necessary rights or permissions.

• Payment occurs after processing is complete.
• Processed files are unavailable until payment is confirmed.
• Payments and refunds are governed by our Payment & Billing Policy and Refund Policy.

• All rights in the Ezaalah platform, software, and trademarks remain with 4 SYSTEMS Digital Solutions.
• You retain all rights to your uploaded and processed content.

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. For takedown/counter‑notice instructions, see our DMCA Policy.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and, where applicable, our FERPA Statement and COPPA Statement.

You may not:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of others' rights.
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
• Misuse the platform for non‑educational or otherwise unauthorized purposes (see AUP).

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4 SYSTEMS Digital Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date.
