Acceptable Use Policy
Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how users may access and use Ezaalah, a service owned and operated by 4 SYSTEMS Digital Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
The AUP is part of our Terms of Service. Its purpose is to ensure that Ezaalah is used for its intended mission: enabling educators, students, families, and learners to remove distractions such as background music so that speech and learning content can be delivered with clarity and focus.
Acceptable Use
Ezaalah may only be used for instructional, learning, and teaching-related purposes, including:
- Formal teaching in schools, universities, and accredited training programs.
- Homeschool instruction, where parents or guardians prepare clear teaching materials for their children.
- Independent study, where individuals seek to learn a new subject by clarifying lectures, tutorials, or instructional videos.
- Family learning, where family members use online materials for group study, shared exploration, or teaching one another.
- Professional training or research, when used in non-commercial workshops or study groups.
This includes a wide range of content types such as documentaries, explainers, technical breakdowns, science communications, coding tutorials, product overviews, cultural history, and civic or social education.
Prohibited Content
You may not upload or process content that includes or promotes:
a) Infringing or Unauthorized Works
- Content that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- Processing videos sourced from entertainment, films, or shows without an instructional context or valid exemption.
- Using the Service to strip music from copyrighted works for redistribution, resale, or piracy.
b) Entertainment-Only Material
- Personal vlogs, music remixes, or social media edits designed primarily for entertainment.
- Videos processed for the purpose of amusement, personal enjoyment, or fan content unrelated to learning.
c) Obscene, Harmful, or Offensive Material
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or indecent content.
- Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or discriminatory content.
- Violent, extremist, or terroristic content unless used in a legitimate academic or research study.
d) Illegal or Unsafe Content
- Material that promotes or instructs in illegal activity (e.g., hacking, piracy, substance abuse).
- Content encouraging unsafe practices (e.g., self-harm, dangerous stunts).
- Files containing viruses, malware, or harmful code.
e) Improper Handling of Student Data
- Uploading personally identifiable student information (e.g., names, addresses, photographs) unless authorized by the relevant institution and compliant with FERPA.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in the following activities:
- Non-instructional use: Using Ezaalah for amusement, commercial remixing, or entertainment-only purposes.
- Circumvention of payment systems: Attempting to avoid or bypass payment obligations, or redistributing processed files without authorization.
- Commercial exploitation: Reselling processed files, integrating the Service into other products, or offering it as a paid service.
- Technical misuse: Attempting to reverse engineer, replicate, or copy Ezaalah's software or algorithms.
- Disruption: Harming the availability of the Service through spamming, automated scraping, denial-of-service attacks, or other malicious interference.
- Competitive misuse: Using the platform to build or train systems intended to directly compete with Ezaalah.
Copyright & Legal Compliance
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their uploaded content complies with copyright and licensing laws.
- Use of third-party works must fall within instructional exemptions such as fair use, classroom allowances, or other statutory provisions.
- All copyright disputes will be handled under our DMCA Policy.
Account Responsibilities
- Accounts may be individual (student, teacher, family) or institutional (school, district).
- You must protect your login credentials and may not share them outside your household or institution.
- Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to aup@ezaalah.com.
Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warnings for minor or first-time infractions.
- Suspension or termination of accounts for repeated or serious violations.
- Referral to legal authorities if violations involve illegal activities.
The Company reserves the right to decide, at its sole discretion, what constitutes a violation.
Updates
This AUP may be updated periodically. The revised version will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
