Ezaalah, operated by 4 SYSTEMS Digital Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," "us"), is committed to fairness and transparency in our billing practices. This Refund Policy explains when payments may be refunded.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
Payment Model
- Users pay only after processing is complete.
- Payment unlocks the ability to download the processed file.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted if:
- The processed file is corrupted or unusable.
- Delivery fails and cannot be completed.
- A technical error on our side prevents proper access to the processed file.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with the type of content chosen for upload (e.g., educational vs. entertainment material).
- Use of the Service in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Requests made more than 7 days after payment.
Refund Process
- Requests must be submitted by email to refunds@ezaalah.com.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (through Stripe).
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Chargebacks
- Users are expected to contact us directly to resolve payment issues before initiating a chargeback.
- Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
