Introduction

Ezaalah, operated by 4 SYSTEMS Digital Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," "us"), complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This Statement explains how we handle the personal information of children under 13 years old when schools, districts, parents, or guardians use our Service.

This Statement should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and FERPA Statement.

Children Under 13

Ezaalah does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent or school authorization.

If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without proper consent, we will promptly delete it.

Parental & School Consent

  • Schools and districts may act as agents of parents to provide consent for student data in an educational context.
  • Parents must give direct consent if their child under 13 uses Ezaalah outside of a school setting.
  • Parents and schools may revoke consent at any time by contacting us.

Use of Information

Any information from children under 13 is used only to provide the Service (removing background music to produce clear instructional content).

We do not:

  • Sell children's data.
  • Use it for advertising or marketing.
  • Build personal profiles unrelated to education.

Disclosure of Information

  • Children's data is not shared except with trusted Subprocessors necessary to operate Ezaalah (e.g., hosting, storage, processing providers).
  • All Subprocessors are contractually required to safeguard the information.

Parental Rights

Parents of children under 13 have the right to:

  • Review the personal data collected about their child.
  • Request deletion of their child's personal data.
  • Refuse any further collection or use of their child's personal data.
